A Leaf

I used a different website to edit theses photos.  The website is:  http://pixlr.com.  I haven't decided yet if this website is better than picnik.com which is the one I usually use.

The photo above is how the photo looked before I edited it. The only thing I did to it was crop it.

I like this photo because it brings out the color of the leaf.  It looks brighter. I used hagrid to edit it in the vintage/retro photo effects.

I like this photo because the leaf looks like a fall leaf and the purple background brings it out.  I used ivan in the vintage/retro effects to edit it. I also added a border.

I think I also used hagrid in this one too but I am not sure.  I added a border also.

In this photo above I used the photo editor instead of the vintage/retro.  I used sepia and vignette to edit it.

In the photo above I used invert and solarize to edit it.

In this photo I used cross process and solarize to edit it.

In the photo above, I used posterize and solarize to edit it.

This is my favorite one out of all of these.  I used Invert, color balance, hue & saturation and cross process.

Flowers are one of my favorite things to take photos of besides my family.  Maybe it is because I imagine someday I would have a flower garden of my own.

These horses were my mom's horses before she passed away.  Now my stepdad takes care of them.  The one on the left he still has.  The one on the right was traded for another horse.  I am glad he still has them they are beautiful horses.

Leaf in the Stream

You can take a photo of a leaf from different angles. I am not a professional photographer but this is one of my favorite angles because:
1. You can see the ripples of water in the stream.
2. When you take the picture you dont see your shadow in the water.
3. You can see the shadow of the leaf on this side.
4.  If you need your flash, it doesnt reflect in the water.

More Leaves

Here are some more examples of how you can change a simple leaf picture into a unique one. You can make your photos something beyond ordinary.

Editing Photos is fun and simple. You can do a variety of things to them and be creative in your own way. In all of these photos I cropped them from the original and I used automatic touch up. I also mixed different editing features such as; vignette, soften, adjustable threshold, invert, and tint.
